  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not allow returns or refunds for any Goods purchased from Christian Shop. All sales are final. By placing an Order, You acknowledge and agree that You will not be able to return the Goods or receive a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Goods that are not used, unopened, or in their original packaging.
  • Goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below for exceptions).

Exceptions

In the rare event that You receive Goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on Our part, You must contact Us within 7 days of receiving the Goods. We will review the issue and, at Our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or other resolution. Proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos or videos) may be required.

This exception does not apply to Goods that are:

  • Made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
